Dad & I fooling around

Dad & I just fooling around.

Billy loves his Dad, and I just love the both of them.

Family layout

Some of the family members, joined together in a rare moment.

I apologise, I need to learn how to get the photos right. This is one of my Mum, Dad, Nephew Aubrey, Daughter in law Tegan, Sister Donna, Son Wayne, Nephew Aubrey and Son Christopher.

The papers are from once upon a time stack, and with a little cutting we have something different. Rubons are Kaisercraft.

The guys

My boys with their grandfather. (My dad).

In order we have Billy, my Dad, Christopher and Wayne

Wedding layout

One of our wedding photos.

I love prima flowers so what a better way to use them, but on a wedding layout.
Add some kaiser crystals and that's it.

Sorry about the photo, it is not very straight.

Wayne and Christopher when they were much younger, in their teens. They were buddies.

The fence border is a Martha Stewart punch.

Prima paintable

This is my first attempt at the beautiful Prima paintables. I did this with my aqua crayons.

I do think it needs a little something else, so when I figure out what to do around the photo, I will add an updated photo.

Mack truck live the dream

I had to do this layout of my husband Bruce with Billy and the famous B Model Mack. No scrapbook would be complete without it, not in our house anyway.

To live the dream, I used one of my many Martha Stewart deep edge punches. Some letters for me & my daddy and the boys can live the dream.

Billy boy

Billy is just like any other boy, he loves motorbikes. So how else could you do a layout but include some motorbikes as a border.

Boy paper is hard to find so when you find some, grab it. A simple motorbike, off road border is all this photo needs.

Birdsville the great outback

Bruce and me at Birdsville. It was an adventure - these photos were taken outside the Birdsville race track. We went there for work for Bruce, so we had to have a photo on our way home.

What else would suit a Birdsville layout, but a chipboard windmill with the outback on it. This layout is kept very simple, but I think it came up not too bad.

I am luckier than most, as I have sisters to die for. They are always there when you need them. The support they have shown me through our entire lives is amazing. You are both an inspiration to me. Sheila and Donna I love you both very much.

I used 7 gypsies paper, Kaiser gates, a chipboard penny farthing bike added the final touch in the corner below some flowers. And there you have my sisters Sheila and Donna.

Grandma and Granddad

Billy is so lucky to have three sets of Grandparents. Here are Grandma and Granddad Starks. Billy just loves them.

Grandparents are an important part of our life, they teach us so much. Add a prima flower, a kaiser street sign and cyrstals, and some wording embellishments, and there you have grandparents.

Tim at the zoo - Dubbo

This is one of my favourites, of my stepson Tim. He had a day at the Zoo at Dubbo. He was looking at a enormous tortoise.

I love the look the glimmer mist gives the background. Add a couple of zoo animals and here is my beautiful Tim, love you and miss you every single day. Fly with the angels Tim.

My Granddaughter Kirra

This is my beautiful granddaughter Kirra. She is a little treasure, I sure am blessed.

Every little girl loves to swing, so why not on a flower swing hanging from an embossed tree branch with a few little clusters of leaves here and there. A ladder to climb up, and a little bunny and bird and that is my Kirra.

My grandson Seth

This is my beautiful grandson Seth. We don't get to see him from year to year, so this photo of him I treasure.

Simple is always good, so a little glimmer mist on the doily, a couple of crystals and voila, my grandson Seth.

Prima flower Mother layout

Hi there,

Happy mother's day to everybody. I hope you all have a lovely day.
Here is a layout of my Mum. Grandma to my boys. Mum I love you.

I used the beautiful Prima flower, added some other flowers, some rubons and here is my beautiful Mum.

Me and you have a story to tell layout

I am not sure how I am supposed to do this but let's give it a go. The photos are of my boys Wayne and Christopher when they were little fellows.

I used K & co paper - classic k margo dots and florets. I added some mixed embellishments, and some kaisercraft pearls for that finishing touch.

I hope you like this, more to come when I have some spare time.

Have a lovely evening,

My first post

Well this is it, my first time blogging.  I will try to post photos of some layouts in the coming days, so please keep your fingers crossed so that I can work out how to do it properly.  All this is very new to me.  It is 11.38pm at night and the house is peaceful because Billy has been asleep for hours.  The only time the house is quiet I might add.  Anyway, wish me luck with the layout photos.  Hoping everyone has a safe and happy easter.
